Activities

The land Kaiser Ridge – eco stay is situated on lends itself to a true nature loving experience. The peace and quiet, and sounds of the birds, you can’t get in a town or city. At night there is minimal light pollution so star gazing is a must, either out from the deck, or through the skylights over the beds in the lofts. Watch the kangaroos graze early in the morning or at dusk, and guests might be lucky enough to spot an echidna waddle passed. With an abundance of natural bush, it is also a bird watching paradise. During winter and spring the creek flows through the property, creating little waterfalls and rock pools to explore as it makes its way down the ridge to the wetlands below.

For guests eager to explore, our 32 hectare property offers plenty of space to roam. While we’re still in the process of marking designated walking trails, you’ll find countless opportunities to discover picturesque viewpoints, perfect picnic spots, and stunning sunset lookouts. We recommend packing your walking shoes to make the most of your adventure.

Guests are encouraged to spend time in the outdoors while at Kaiser Ridge – eco stay. Each site has an outdoor fire pit, perfect for relaxing in its warmth or even cooking up a hearty meal. If the weather is a bit damp, the full kitchen inside the tiny home provides a fantastic space for meal prep.

Situated in the Barossa Ranges, Kaiser Ridge – eco stay is a perfect place to base yourself while you explore the Barossa Valley. Wine tasting and winery tours are local options, and the Barossa is well renowned for its dining choices.
